Fall đBiscoff Brownie

You will need:
4 eggs
2 dl white sugar
2 dl brown sugar
3 dl all-purpose flour
2 dl unsweetened cacao powder
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
300 butter (room temperature)
Peanutbutter
Dark chocolate for garnish

Mix sugar and eggs.
Blend all dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture.
Mix well
Add your soft butter and mix one last time.
Spred evenly in a buttered and floured pan.
Add blobs of peanut butter (to taste) and swirl into the brownie .
Add your Biscoff biscuits and chopped dark chocolate on top of your brownies
Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 25 minutes.
Let cool and cut into squares.
My favorit way of eating them is cold from the fridge it will give a nice crunch to the dark chocolate and peanut butter.
You can also serve the brownies with some whipped cream on the side.
