3 HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEAS đŸ„‘

GOOD MORNING FRIENDS! TODAY I SHARE 3 OF MY FAVORITE BREAKFASTS I EAT WHILE LOOSING WEIGHT. (I recommend to make all of them the night before).


CHIA PUDING:

Ingrediens:

Chia seeds 2 table spoons

Almond milk 1 dl

Fresh fruits & berries

Honey 1 tea spoon


HOW TO:

Cut up fruits and add to mason jar

add Chia seeds & almond milk

Add 1 teaspoon of honey

mix and refrigerate over night.

Stir with a spoon before serving.


PEANUT BUTTER & CHOCOLATE OVERNIGHT OATS:

Ingrediens:

Oats 1 dl

Dark chocolate chips 1 tablespoon

Peanut butter 1 tablespoon

Almond milk 2 dl


HOW TO:

mix all your dry ingredients first and add peanut butter & almond milk

stir and refrigerate over night

Enjoy as is or add fresh fruits on top.


PEANUT BUTTER/CHOCOLATE SHAKE (great post workout shake or meal replacement in my opinion).

Ingredients:

Banana 1/2

Peanut butter 1 tablespoon

Raw cocoa powder 3 teaspoons

Oats 1 dl

Greek yoghurt 1 dl

Milk of choice (mine was lactose free) 1/2 cup or more depending on what texture you want.


HOW TO:

Very easy, just add all ingredients to blender and refrigerate over night or drink directly.
